… from the Patzleiner family! Our guesthouse and farm is located in the municipality of San Candido, about one kilometre outside the village of Prato alla Drava. Here in the hamlet of Patzlein you can look forward to a sunny and quiet location near the forest with wonderful panoramic views.
Our guesthouse has three beautiful, fully equipped holiday apartments with spacious balconies.

- Bed linen, towels as well as table linen and kitchen towels, linen change included for stays of min. 7 days

The prices quoted are for 2 people per day for a minimum stay of 7 days.
The price does not include the tourist tax of 2.50 € per day for each person (over 14 years old).
Deposit: As soon as the deposit (30% of the holiday price) has been received after confirmation, the booking is considered confirmed.
Bill: We kindly ask you to pay your bill and the local tax on the day before departure. Payment is possible in cash, by bank transfer and also by card.

Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation is free up to 60 days before arrival.
- In the event of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, we retain 30% of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation within the last 2 weeks before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the entire booking period will be charged.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 am on the day of departure.
As a farming family, we love animals. However, we ask for your understanding that your pets are not allowed to join you on holiday at the Lodnerhof.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the house. Please use the balconies for this.

Summer
The magnificent mountain landscape offers plenty of opportunities to actively spend your holidays in harmony with nature.
The Sesto Dolomites are a must for all hikers, the cycle path from San Candido to Lienz is a particular highlight for mountain bike fans and the Fun Bob summer toboggan run on the Baranci promises pure adrenaline!
Winter
In the winter months, the snow-covered slopes of the Tre Cime and Baranci ski areas invite you to enjoy the peak of piste pleasure.
Wonderful snow conditions and a fantastic landscape – snowboarders, cross-country skiers and snowshoe hikers alike can also look forward to this.
